About the Owners

Joan and Russel Tilton, original owners and operators of Arlington Electric, handed the business down to their son Matt and his wife Jessica Tilton. Matt brings over 20 years of construction experience—with extensive history in general contracting, electrical work, project management, and field superintendent for small and big projects. In Matt’s free time, he volunteers for Pilchuck Soccer Alliance, coaching competitive select and recreational youth soccer. Jessica, the majority owner of Arlington Electric, has been an accountant for the past 16 years and oversees the business finances with our office manager, Jennifer Bowdin. Matt and Jessica are Arlington natives, have 3 kids, and enjoy spending time with their family whenever they can.
